Carpet up into a third floor condo

I had a client whose great grandmother, at the age of 93, had been climbing down this staircase backwards with a basket. We had the privilege to build a rail system for her !

A couple of the pictures are panoramas. Don’t mind the wave 😆

Here was a pretty good sized closet with little space to work with.

We tore out the existing wall which was non structural.

We got the new trim stained and put on at the same height, and widths as before for a nice match.

Going forward the plan is to have a sliding barn door that will cover either the walk-in door, or the closet.
I will also be painting the interior of the closet.

The house is set up kind of symmetrical. The room across the hall is a room identical and had the same closet layout .
The two rooms share a bathroom in between.

In the other unpictured room, I tore out the closet and bumped the wall out. It also has a wide opening but a little taller.
This closet is going to become a laundry room/closet.

I got my neighbors deck stained up with a new product, “super deck “ oil base redwood color from Sherwin-Williams. If you need any painting product, Sherwin-Williams, is your local go to. That’s where I get all of my products. Thanks for looking. If you need your deck repurposed, please call me. I clean pressure treated and composite decks with a deck washer tip for my pressure washer prior to staining. and if you simply just need to rejuvenation, please let me know!

Fascia/soffit painted on this home. Section of fence, and a stump removed as well

Scraped washed and spot primed my neighbor. Going to look nice with new trim/fascia/soffit
