Gorgeous Agg patio pour this morning and beautiful custom sun ledge liner installation this sunny Tuesday afternoon- both @ our Marty & Terri build 🌊 ☀️

We started talking to this sweet couple over three years ago about backyard dreams and teaming up on a project. The fine things in life can’t be rushed, when they were ready to build- we were ready for the call.

Crisp air and clean saw cut lines! The sun was a paid actor this AM as the crew cut part 1 of a 2 part pour. ☀️ ☀️ ☀️

Concrete time is always so exciting as surfaces come to life and liner day is on deck! We are loving the split sun ledge/stair combo they chose- what a great way to get the best of both worlds🌊 ☀️ 🌊

Apron and retaining walls formed ✅
Patio formed ✅
Custom ledges sturdy and sound ✅

Inspections and big pour coming up with cantilever coping and exposed Agg patio 🪏
