North Tahoe Architectural firm seeking motivated and experienced Architectural AutoCAD Drafter. 5 years minimum experience in residential and commercial construction documents.
Ability to work within a team environment. Must possess excellent communication skills, professional writing skills and the ability to multi-task between several projects and priorities at one time.
Applicant will be working on design development, construction drawings including site plans, foundation plans, floor plans, elevations, electrical/HVAC/plumbing layout, cross sections, interior elevations, structural, etc.
Fluent in using AutoCAD is mandatory. Experience with the use of Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam, Photoshop, Acrobat Reader/Writer, PowerPoint, Word and Excel software is desired.

We have immediate need for in office full-time architectural draftsperson. Must have understanding of residential and small commercial construction. A minimum of 5 years experience in AutoCAD is a must. The person should have a full understanding of western wood framing and construction documents. This includes working on design development, construction drawings including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections and electrical/mechanical. Experience in Revit, Sktchup, Bluebeam, word and excel is desired.
