I built this customer a new deck last year. It had a smaller footprint than their old deck, leaving an exposed area of rock and a portion of their retaining wall that seemed out of place.

I came back this year to make good use of that space. I installed a simple hollandstone paver patio and stepping stone walkway to give them a proper path from the deck stairs to their driveway, and to give them an additional area to hang out and enjoy their backyard.

Not an advertised service, but I can build you a nice fence 👀

This board on board privacy fence I built at my own house is 6' tall, and tapers down to 4'.
Board on board fences are great because you won't have gaps between all of the pickets once the wood dries out.
Since this fence is sure to catch a lot of wind, I made sure to bury each post at least 3' deep.
To further ensure that the fence looks good for years to come, I opted to use screws instead of nails (and pre-drilled every hole to prevent splitting). Nails tend to pull out over time, and are often over-driven, leading to failure and very noticeable warping of the boards.
I used treated pine for the framing, and cedar pickets.

Didn't take many pics of this one. This customer's deck had solid framing (aside from a few joists), so they just wanted a new stair set, railing, and composite deck boards to freshen it up. We went with Prime+ composite deck boards, and a 42" tall TimberTech IRX aluminum railing. I also helped the customer build a pre-fab gazebo that increases the functionality of the deck.
