Finished up this deck with walkway. It was a lot of work doing this by myself but I knocked it out and the customer is beyond satisfied! reach out to me if you have a project you’re wanting done!

Working on this deck, with a walkway on the right side from the side door to the deck with a step down to the deck, can’t wait to finish this project up and see that smile on the customer’s face! We’ve made changes along the way but everything is coming along great! Finishing this whole thing up this week, let’s just say that building a deck completely by yourself is a task not for the weak! Finished product will be posted soon! Looking for a deck project, give me a call, message, text!

Edit: still a lot of finishing touches like cutting deck boards flush to frame and another step on left side, gonna add some trim around the sides to add a little flavor as well

Turned this yard into GOLD!! Really wanted to take the bricks all the way around on the retaining wall but the customer LOVED the step downs and I think they are growing on me!! Added in some hostas, mulch and a couple medium sized boulders! Next step is to fill the bottom edge with dirt to cover the drainage rock under the bricks and this wall is all wrapped up! Done by me and a buddy who I also do work for! One thing about me is I actually LOVE to work, I’m not one to just slap it together and get out for the day, when you enjoy what you do there is passion in the work! Needing work done around the house? Give me a call and I’ll promise you the blood sweat and tears that some of the big businesses don’t necessarily put into their work!

As soon as I get all the equipment I need, I will be adding a weekly mow route to the list of things that we offer here at Tate's Property Improvement!
