Some of the job requirement are as follows:
1. Effectively operates company telephone systems and understands proper telephone protocol.
2. Properly directs callers to appropriate company personnel and/or take, and disseminates, messages as appropriate.
3. Accurately files paperwork as directed by the Office Manager.
4. Communicates professionally and courteously to all personnel inside and outside of the company.
5. Maintains a teachable attitude and is eager to learn company procedures.
6. Collects data, reports, and information as deemed necessary by the Office Manager.
7. Picks up, sorts, and distributes mail as appropriate.
8. Follows SOP and desktop procedures for position.
