This job at Home Depot in New Albany, IN had many challenges. A tree fell on a section of fence along a retaining wall that was 30' above the parking lot. The hill continued upward beyond the fence. So getting materials to the workspace required some creativity on top of the repair. The snow and cold temps was a bonus. Cody Rourke From Sonny's Property Solutions was a life saver. Literally! He found a way to get to the top of the hill to secure ropes for our safety harnesses. He was also an integral part in repairing the fence as well.

Hi. It's been a minute since I have posted. I have the best wife. Needed a hand hanging these 20 foot gates that I have been building from scratch at Home Depot off Post rd. At 8pm she rolls up with Culvers and ready to help. Couldn't have done it without her. A few more small steps and this set will be done. Then time to start the 2nd set at the other end of the building.

Hey! If you don't know the last time you changed your HVAC filter, change it today.

I messed up and didn't change ours for 8 months, and you can see how full it was. Ideally I would like to change every 6 months. It's easy to do, and a filter is less than $20.

A truck got tangled up in a chain link fence at the Home Depot return warehouse in Plainfield.

In my opinion this 56' Corvette with electric top is a way cooler pic to check out compared to the recumbent bike. The client picked it up at the Mecum auction in Indy recently. It fired right up when he pulled it out of the garage.

The other impressive event was moving this new recumbent bike from the client's garage up all those steps to their walk in closet. Brianne O'Neal Bartolomucci is the employee of the month for July.

The EyeGlass World at County Line and Hwy 31 needed to be washed. Using our soft wash system I was able to apply a magic potion and rinse away the years of discoloration on the upper portion of the building. The lower half will be repainted soon.

Contact MPS if you have some green growth on the side of your house. Same process can be used on your shingle roof as well.

This was a unique repair at Home Depot in Greenwood, IN. The Waste Management roll off driver needed a better way to get from his truck to dock. To achieve this goal 2 posts were installed and the fence was modified to allow a gate to be installed.

It's the little things that make a difference. I grabbed one of these spouts at Sherwin Williams a while back. I really like it. Makes it easy to pour paint without making a big mess.
