Most people picture a brush, a roller, or someone with a spray can in a garage. Not here.

This is our Makor, an automated finishing machine inside our Irmo shop. It applies paint to every door and panel with complete consistency. Even coverage, no brush marks, no heavy spots or thin edges. Every piece in your kitchen matches the one beside it.

Before a panel reaches the Makor, it’s sanded smooth so the finish has a clean base to bond to. After, it’s dried and inspected by hand before moving forward.

Last week we opened our Irmo shop to fellow cabinet makers and shop owners for a full day inside our process.

We walked through design and software, ran the CNC and edgebander live, and showed how our finishing and drying systems turn out consistent, durable surfaces panel after panel. Then we sat down over lunch and talked shop. Real questions, honest answers, and a lot of good conversation about building at a higher standard.

Thank you to everyone who made the drive and spent the day with us. Thank you to and for partnering with us and bringing the expertise. And thank you to our team for hosting with the same care they bring to every build.

Tight tolerances and no shortcuts get better when the people who share that standard are in the same room.
