A nice ground up restoration. If your foundation has settled over the years and your original "builder grade" landscape has exceeded its useful lifespan, it's time for a face lift. This foundation grade had settled over a foot and was creating water intrusion issues and hydraulic pressure on the foundation. Now the structure is protected and the house has a completely different presentation. Your landscape should compliment your home, not obscure it.
