Cultured River Rock venner upgrade for a nice couple here in Ironwood a few weeks ago.
I installed insulation, v***r barrier and rubber flashing tape around the window and the door. Also sealed several gaps at the sill plate and the air return vent for the living room that was built halfway into the wall cavity.

Blocked up several doors and a dock wall for a store here in my hometown recently.

I will not be accepting any more work this season but thank you to my friends and family that keep passing my number along. A local contractor is in need of my services so most of my time will be dedicated to him. Sorry for any inconvenience.

My first double river waterfall I built to resemble Bond falls of Upper Michigan at my home, sounds wonderful from the yard or inside.

Another project for a wonderful lady in Hurley Wi. Like many cannot find people to do work so one project has lead to another such as this resurfacing project. I had blocked up an old doorway for her a few years ago and before that I repaired an old masonry firewood/coal chute. I could not believe the amount of hammer drilling I had to do to remove the old tile and cement base.Anxious to finish this project I was even hand chiseling in the cold rain. I rarely do this but I politely asked if I could add some to our original verbal agreement....she smiled and said she was thinking the same. Its really nice to work with people like that.

This customer had a new garage drain installed but asked to have it fixed or raised up to be specific. I ripped, screwed and applied a bead of Liquid Nails adhesive to another drain piece then the next day cemented off the top with a safe broom finish.
