• Set forms, prepare grades and finish concrete
• Pour, level, smooth and trowel concrete surfaces
• Assist with civil site work -- grading, drainage, utilities and general labor
• Operate hand tools and small equipment
• Work closely with supervisors to meet deadlines

What we're looking for:
• Experience with concrete finishing
• Ability to perform civil site labor tasks
• Live locally (South Alabama) not looking to relocate anyone
• Strong work ethic & reliability
• Able to work outdoors in all weather

• Operate, inspect and maintain equipment
• Read grades, layouts and interpret plans
• Perform soil leveling, rock placement and riprap installation
• Rig and hoist materials
• Assist in general labor tasks
• Meet production goals and deadlines
• Report equipment issues to supervisor immediately

Preferred (Not Required):
• Class A/B CDL with no restrictions
• Ability to pull a trailer with equipment and a clean driving record

- Class A CDL with Medical Card
- Clean driving record (please provide a recent copy of your MVR)
- Experience with Dump Trailers and Lowboy Trailers a MUST

Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery records
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Assist with loading/unloading as needed
- Show up to work every day, on time
