Pick one of 3 options below and I will send you or mom the filled out certificate!

1. Small room or half bath = $100
2. Medium room or full bathroom (50 - 144 sq ft o) = $150
3. Large room (145 - 250sq ft) = $250

* Paint included
** Walls under 9ft tall only, 2 coats, and minor blemish repairs. Additional wall repairs, trim/baseboards, vaulted walls, ceilings, and prime coats for extreme color changes or bare walls priced separately.
*** Scheduling on first come first serve basis.

They trusted me to push "we are up for something different" a little past where they might have gone on their own, and the result is so pretty! New walls, freshened up woodwork, and a softer entry into their home.

* Some walls were still drying, hence the "roller lines" which are no longer visible once the walls are dry.

Another project underway at a house I was trusted to work on when the clients first bought it years ago. Not only does this home have my work all throughout it, but they were my very first people to do a black room! 🖤 Seeing my work getting lived and loved in is so rewarding!

There's a part of each project between the befores and afters, and it's not pretty or satisfying, but it's vital.

Prep is why the afters look 🔥 from far away and up close, and it's why you get to do it once... Until you WANT to change it up.

Even with my flexible rates running right now, I may not be your lowest estimate. There will always be someone willing to skip steps or not care about the products they use, and they will be hard to reach when you go looking for their failing work to be fixed. Hell, I'm not even mad about it because I have gotten so much of my work from the clean up if their messes! But I am mad at them for setting so many clients up to have to pay for the same project twice... Even worse when the fix is more work than the original job, and it costs them so much more in the end.

Putting paint on stuff doesn't seem like rocket science to many, but if your painter doesn't have these ugly stages between the befores and the afters... There's a reason why.

Now let me hop off this soapbox real quick and get y'all some after pic worthy doors over here. 😘
