You know those things you buy with absolutely no plan other than “this is too magical to leave behind”?

Well, I fear this fabric’s time may have finally come 😂✨

Think floor-to-ceiling pleated curtain panels with this incredible fringe trim… this pattern is either going to add another layer of eclectic colorful goodness or take us over the edge, but I’m thinking it might be worth the risk 😏

Nevermind the fact that I’ll actually have to *make* the curtains but minor details 😅

What do we think?? Are you team beige or team patterned fabric?👇🏻

I think we’ve gotten way too comfortable equating productivity with worth… especially for women.

You are not a moral failure because there are dishes in the sink.
You are not lazy because you needed rest.
You are not selfish because you took time for yourself.
You are not a bad mom because your home looks lived in.
And no, you are not wrong for leaving the toys on the floor so you could spend the evening connecting with your partner.

Sometimes a messy home simply means:
✨ someone chose connection
✨ someone chose joy
✨ someone chose rest
✨ someone chose to survive the week instead of perfecting it

Or maybe it wasn’t even a choice at all…
and they’re just doing the absolute best they can with what they have to give.

I think moms need a whole lot more encouragement and a whole lot less shame these days ❤️
