A few shots from a recent boathouse project featuring subtle tape lighting and Brilliance Guadalupe downlights. Everything was designed to feel calm, intentional, and functional after dark.

The downlighting provides safe, even illumination without glare, while the tape lighting adds a soft layer that brings the structure to life at night. All wiring is fully hidden, so the focus stays on the space, not the fixtures.

This project was all about layers and dialing things in just right.

A custom putting green lit with downlighting, paired with a newer style of strip lighting, gives the space a calm, modern glow that feels balanced and intentional at night. We added subtle uplighting on the surrounding plants and walls to create depth and separation, so everything works together without feeling overlit.

Set in Ponte Vedra Beach, this outdoor space is functional, comfortable, and easy to enjoy after dark. We can’t wait to share the next couple of putting greens we’re working on now.
