The newest addition to the business. We are now offering removal, dumping, pickup and delivery, and installation of small bulk quantities of mulch, dirt, landscape rocks, gravel and sod delivery. We are also offering removal and dumping of manageable amounts of yard, tree, stump grinding, storm, and clean up debris. Alisha N Matt Abrams and Customers and clients,
We are currently experiencing difficulties with our payment processor, STRIPE. They have placed our account on hold while they review EVERYONE'S online profiles and communication to verify that the account owners have control of their website/online presence. We do not have our own website, we use an online profile that is provided through our business software, Yardbook, and this page.
With this present issue, we cannot process electronic payments through our invoices. We have other methods, such as Cash App, Square, check, and cash. Unfortunately our business software uses Stripe exclusively, so invoices can be sent but accepting/ receiving payment through them is not something I will put at risk as we will not receive the funds. This also puts a hold on A LOT of our normally scheduled work and projects.
Our apologies for any inconveniences as I have been trying to resolve this issue since last week and now have work that has been done and I cannot invoice for until this is cleared up.

Hello everyone. We wanted to let everyone know that if we happen to miss you, have miscommunication, or missed communication issues, we sincerely apologise.

We are currently in the process of looking for another home here around Jacksonville as the house we have been renting has been sold to investors intent on flipping it. So we are trying to find a place that affordably fits our needs for family, business, and location needs.

That being said, we are trying to operate as normally as possible as the growing season slows down and schedules change and with everything we have going on.

Just a reminder, we know that there are a lot of families going through hardships right now with this COVID-19 problem and our prayers are with you, but also don't forget, especially those customers in HOAs, that your lawns still need to be watered for at least 5 to 10 minutes, with it getting hotter and still a good spread between rains. So check your irrigation system and timers to make sure that they are at peak performance and there are no leaking valves or spray heads.
While it is this dry, a cut back in traffic on the lawn is a good idea too.
For those with St. Augustine and Floratam mixes, don't cut any lower than 3 1/2 to 4 inches.
It is cheaper to maintain the yard with a little water and effort than it is to have a yard replugged or resodded. "Thousands cheaper."

As it is supposed to get into the 30's this evening (wind chill bringing it to the teens) please don't forget to provide a warm place for your pets/animals and don't forget to cover your outside plants. It may not be at freezing but the possibility of ice forming on thin elevated plant leaves or surfaces exposed to wind is still a reality.
