Do this now to protect your system:

🌡️ Turn your irrigation controller OFF (not just “rain mode”)

🚰 Shut off the water supply to the sprinkler system

💧Drain any exposed pipes or backflow preventers if possible

🧣 Cover exposed components with insulation or towels

Skipping these steps can lead to—you guessed it—busted heads 😬
