Just found this treasure in a secretary we had purchased that belonged to Louise Frederick Hays (Mrs. J. E. Hays)director of the Georgia archives. So cool to see the Secretary of State letterhead… and the boy who wrote it became a cardiologist - Dr. J. Harper Gaston IV.
