I recently installed this railing for a long time customer.

There was no existing railing in this basement staircase area.

I added a railing length and coated it in 2 coats of polyurethane for protection and longevity.

The railing will provide support and safety when traveling to the basement area for laundry, etc.

I recently demolished and removed this large piece of furniture for a customer.

A remodel of the property made it so this piece could no longer be taken out the way it came in.

The customer wished to open up the space and the only option was to dismantle and dispose of this large heavy piece of furniture.

I dismantled and disposed of the piece and cleaned the space afterwards. The area was opened up and my customer had one less unecessary item to remove from their space.

The exterior work season is waining but I was able to replace this ramp for a long term customer, just in time.

The old material had become water-logged and developed moss, making the entire area slippery and dangerous to walk on.

I removed the old material, installed blocking to fortify the frame and replaced old material with new. I also added textured traction tape to the surface of the ramp, providing it with much needed stable traction.

The ramp was refreshed both aesthetically and functionally and is now safe to use for years to come.

These are some after photos of a small bathroom I recently repainted for a long term customer.

I was able to refresh wallspace and trim while establishing clean transition lines between wall and ceiling spaces.

The bathroom area was refreshed and given a clean new look that my customers can use and appreciate for years to come.

These are before and after photos of an entrance way I recently refreshed for a new customer. The property is being sold and first impressions mean everything - the seller wanted to make front hallway shine. I painted the walls in a bright white and repainted the trim, including these baseboards. I was able to establish a clean look in the entranceway which will give a good first impression of the property to potential buyers.

Some before and after photos of a large living room/kitchen/hallway space I recently painted for a new customer.

Living room space featured an accent piece around the fireplace/mantle.

I was able to refresh the trim around the entire area by covering paint smudges left by prior painters. Walls and trim were refreshed and the entire space improved to the customer's liking and standards.

These are some progression photos of a stair tread I recently repaired for a new customer. The tread was cracked and sagging and the customer was worried it might soon collapse. I carefully removed the adjoining riser board and compromised stair tread. I removed the existing framing that supported the tread and replaced it with new and much more comprehensive framing. I was able to to reuse the existing tread material and mend the crack that had resulted from the incomplete framing that existed prior to this repair. The staircase was given stability and greater longevity whilst preserving its original appearance.

The exterior paint season is waning but I was able to get this deck preapared and stained for a new customer.

A simple sanding and cleaning followed by 2 coats of high quality stain product left this front porch area renewed and protected for the winter months.

I was hired to restore and paint this front hallway for a long term customer.

The plaster veneer on the wallspaces showed considerable cracking and peeling in some areas. I patched all failing plaster areas and even skim coated whole areas of wallspace to restore a smooth surface.

Once all plaster repair was completed, I painted all wallspace in this two-tone scheme. I also thoroughly cleaned and polished all woodwork on staircase and railings.

This front entranceway is now refreshed and makes an attractive first impression when entering the property.

I was recently commissioned to restore this outdoor furniture for a local business which has become a steady and valued customer.

The furniture is used by patrons and was showing considerable wear. The finish on table tops was peeling and no longer safe for customer use. I sanded down all surfaces before applying a high quality varnish product. The varnish restored the shine of the furniture and also rendered the surfaces completely water repellent. I also removed and replaced a very damaged leg on the picnic table.

In a short period of time the furniture was given an attractive appearance and a sturdy protective coating which will add to it's overall longevity.
