Addition in Louisville featuring a new bathroom, walk in closet and bedroom. Also includes the expansion of an adjacent bedroom/closet. Elevated pier/column design used to provide some exterior storage below. Floor plan drawings included showing the original design for the area of the home and then the design after the addition was constructed. The former bedroom space in the existing structure was used for the bathroom area with the bedroom and closet located in the addition.

A kitchen remodel recently completed in Louisville. A beam was added to enable the removal of a load bearing wall in this two story home. This allowed for greater design flexibility and more room for the new kitchen space. The cabinetry is the Haas Signature Collection Federal Maple Square door style with the Pecan stain finish. The countertop is the LG Viatera quartz in the Clarino color. The luxury vinyl plank flooring is the LifeProof brand in Dusk Cherry. A bay window was also added to replace a standard window providing space for some indoor plants. The door to the existing deck was replaced with a new smooth fiberglass door featuring raise/lower/tilt blinds between the glass.

A room addition recently completed in Louisville. The new space includes an expansion to an existing living/family room, a sun room and laundry. A new patio was also added to the exterior. The exterior features Everlast Advanced Composite Siding in the Spanish Moss color. A new custom built in book case was added on the left of the fireplace to match the existing one on the right. The brick veneer fireplace was given an interior facelift with new tile and a mantle.

These photos are of a basement finish recently completed in Southern Indiana. Part of the basement was already finished from the initial construction of the home and this project added a Media Room. The space includes a bold monochromatic paint selection, in wall electric fireplace and a set of double pocket doors to the other portion of the basement using the Eclisse pocket door hardware. The Eclisse pocket door hardware features all metal construction/precision ball bearing guides and allows for coordinated operation of both doors with a soft close feature.

This kitchen remodel was recently completed in Louisville. The project includes Haas Cabinet Signature Collection cabinetry in the Plymouth Maple door style with the Milan edge treatment and Harvest stain. Other features include quartz countertops, new floor tile and a 3x6 subway tile backsplash with a glass accent inset at the range location. A wall was removed between the kitchen/living room and a kitchen window was removed to enable a complete change in the layout of the appliances/cabinetry. Our crews have done another fabulous job for these homeowners.

Screen porch project at a historic 19th century home in Louisville. Added all new railing/posts/beams and the ScreenEze screen system. Added a beaded ceiling with new lights painted in the traditional “Haint” blue color typical of ceilings during that period. Added a tile floor in the Daltile Continental Slate Asian Black color.

Remodel of first floor in a Louisville home including the kitchen, laundry, great room, dining room, staircase and office area. We did remove a load bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room area and you will notice the bottom of the support beam in the ceiling. We also removed closets on both sides of the fireplace/coffee bar between the kitchen and great room to create a better traffic flow as there was only a 36” walk through between the two rooms previously. Features Haas Signature Collection Shakertown cabinetry in white with black on the island.
