Inspection/Estimate of a 2500 SqFt ‘Manufactured Home in Marysville Indiana
Insulation / Underbelly demo & in the near future FULL TREATMENT FOR MOLD AND ENCAPSULATION.
This big of a crawlspace definitely needs a full encapsulation with dehumidifier and some pump usually after 1200 ft.² will add two pops and recommend an end cap. It’s a lot of room to keep temperature controlled.

Good vibes & prayers needed for the people of Corydon, Lanesville & all affected area from this flood the other day.

This house sits about 40 yards from the creek that flooded the town of Corydon.
The crawlspace was completely submerged under water
Needs dried out , cleaned up with antimicrobial & HEPA VAC !
Topped off with a new 6 mill v***r barrier.

This home was 20 feet from the creek that overflowed into the town .
The cracked main beam & old joists can barely take this extra water but
Here at seal tight , we like to say , “well maybe SIX FEET , AINT SO FAR DOWN” If you know what we are sayin’
We still believe there is something left for you and me (crawlspace+austin)
