THE BEAM

The original layout of this Spring Lake condo had a beautiful view of the lake, but with no way to see it from the kitchen. The owners worked with Encompass’ skilled design and remodeling team to find a solution that was both structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing. The solution? A custom steel-engineered beam that adds support and beauty to the interior space, while simultaneously opening up an unobstructed view of the lake.
