We are looking for a skilled worker with the ability to complete a variety of tasks. The Remodeler will be responsible for remodeling several properties, including painting, installations, sheetrock work and basic repairs. Must have drivers license and own vehicle., the creativity to think outside the box and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Provide construction and renovation services.
Work in a variety of settings.
Perform all construction and renovation tasks, from basic to complex.
Understand all phases of the remodeling process and how to handle each phase.
Understand legal requirements for building codes and zoning ordinances.
Perform work safely and adhere to safety regulations.
