This week's nursery plant:
Dandy Man Pink Rhododendron. It is a Proven Winner exclusive max height and spread is 4-8 feet. This plant can take the heat, thrives in the south! Likes sun to partial sun, I would still prefer partial sun to get the maximum growth, flowers. With the full pink flowers is not only a stunning plant to look at whether during your morning coffee or with friends during a mid spring outdoor dinner party. Certainly will be a conversation piece between all the other plants in your garden

This week's plant feature
Stonehedge Yew- Taxus x media- full to partial shade exposure max height 8-10' spread is 2-4'. Great narrow columnar privacy hedge that is an alternative to cypress and arborvitae. Sthonehedge has a handsome deep green color with a soft texture. The small footprint can be used in tight areas, or gives more room for other purposes. Fun fact: This variety is very unique. Only a small handful of nurseries around the country are growing and Fairwinds is one of them! So many unique varieties of plants can be used, that gives that same or even better look or effect than the poster stamp plants that most sell.

Spring has sprung! Two specific shrubs highlighted for this week, both ready to plant. Forsythia Show Off variety very compact max height and width 5-6', heavy flowering.
