We’re a growing landscape construction company looking for a reliable, hardworking **CDL Driver / Laborer** to join our team.

**Responsibilities:**

* Operate company trucks and transport materials/equipment to job sites
* Assist with landscape construction projects (grading, planting, hardscaping, etc.)
* Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
* Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
* Support crew members with general labor tasks as needed

**Requirements:**

* Valid CDL (Class A or B preferred)
* Clean driving record
* Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
* Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
* Experience in landscaping or construction is a plus (but willing to train the right candidate)

Lawn Care Specialist/Applicator Position Available!!

**Please do not apply if you do not have an active Commercial Pesticide Operator License**
The Lawn Care Applicator is responsible for the safe application of granular and liquid fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in accordance to all state and local regulations. Be able to aerate & slice seed. Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record. Must be able to operate small equipment and drive a small commercial truck and trailer. Candidate must be able to follow directions and have time management skills.
** MUST have experience and a current Commercial Pesticide Operator License to be considered.**

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a background in landscape maintenance and construction estimating. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project performance, and supporting sales growth through accurate estimating and proposal development.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Conduct site visits and assess property needs
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for maintenance and enhancement projects
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget
• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities (enhancements, upgrades, seasonal work)
• Monitor job costs, budgets, and profitability
• Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally

• 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, construction, or related field
• Proven experience with estimating (materials, labor, equipment)
