Lift Johnstown is a dynamic partnership working to implement three plans that will enable our community to “re-invent” Johnstown and shape our region’s future. ly touch Johnstown. Lift Johnstown is working to implement the projects already identified by our community as priorities. It is regional in scope and impact, encompassing surrounding municipalities and landscapes. Collaboration in implementing the three plans is the centerpiece of Lift Johnstown. Each plan is a thoughtful, creative examination of the assets and needs of our community. Each plan came from a different perspective but they all recognized many of the same assets and offered overlapping goals as we look to what our future can be.
