1. An excellent house painter.
2. Always on time.
3. Sharp clean lines around corners, trim and windows.
4. Protected all furniture and carpeting/tile.
5. Took time to caulk where needed and complete two coats on all ceilings and walls.
6. Quickly responsive to any of my calls or texts to him.
