Here at H&E Revision Landscaping we like to spoil our employees.

Today was a little different than our normal work day!

We surprised our employee Jacob by making him think we were heading out to work, but instead we took a team bonding day and spent the day in Amish Country having some fun and making some memories.

We wanted to take the opportunity to show our appreciation for all of Jacob’s hard work over the past month. He has played a huge role in helping us complete some major projects that would have taken much longer without his help. His dedication, work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed have not gone unnoticed.

No matter if it’s a 10-hour day or a 3-hour day, Jacob shows up with a positive attitude and gives his best effort. That’s the kind of person every business is grateful to have on their team.

We’re thankful for everything you’ve done for us, brother. Your hard work helps us continue to grow and serve our customers at a high level.

Three years without a proper cleanup can really take a toll on a property, but what a transformation this one turned out to be! We completely refreshed the landscape, cleaned everything up, and brought this property back to life. We also power washed and resealed the patio, something that hadn’t been done in many, many years, giving it a fresh new look and helping protect it for years to come.🪏

Another satisfied customer reminds us why we love what we do. As a small business, we’re incredibly appreciative of homeowners who understand the time, effort, and attention to detail that goes into projects like these—from the initial visit and consultation, to preparing the estimate, and finally completing the work in a timely and professional manner.🤝

landscaping projects we’ve taken on, and we’re extremely thankful for the opportunity and trust from our customer! 🙏🏼

We completely transformed this property by creating several brand new landscape beds, installing many new plants and trees, building a rock bed completely from scratch, transplanting existing plants, and mulching the entire property to bring everything together. 🌳🌿🪨

Projects like this take a lot of planning, hard work, and attention to detail, but seeing the final result makes it all worth it. We truly appreciate every customer who gives our small business the chance to bring their vision to life.

This week marks the BIGGEST job we’ve taken on in the last 5 years of business. Something we’ve prayed and worked for day in and day out. 🙏🏼

And wouldn’t you know it… while I was out signing the final papers for our new truck — finally getting out of the horrible negative equity situation we were stuck in with the Equinox — I got a call from Hannah saying someone had hit our F150 at a 4-way stop.

Thankfully everyone was okay, and by the grace of God the truck is still drivable so we can keep this week moving until it goes into the shop.

Life has a funny way of humbling you right when things start going great. But I truly believe if God puts a dent in your plans, there’s usually a reason we can’t see yet. Sometimes it’s protection, sometimes it’s perspective, and sometimes it’s just a reminder of how blessed we really are.

At the end of the day, we’re thankful. Thankful everyone is safe. Thankful for another upgrade for the landscaping business. Thankful for every client, every opportunity, and every lesson along the way.

God is good through the highs and the lows. Bigger things ahead. 💪🏼🌱🚛

Another one cleaned up and looking fresh! 🔥

We got this property all mulched up, cleaned up the landscape beds with some fresh edging, and really brought everything back to life. The areas that are edged but not mulched are getting prepped for river rock that the customer wants added next! 👌🏼

We also added brick edging along the bed connected to the driveway to give it a cleaner look and help everything stand out even more. It’s the small details that make the biggest difference!
