One of our projects from the fall. This project was a complete kitchen and master bath remodel as well as refinishing all the hardwood floors in the home.
The master bath received new "everything" including a Japanese inspired free standing round tub as well as an integrated makeup vanity.
The kitchen received an all new lighting layout, new cabinets, counters and appliances. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for the customers new stove/oven and had to install a temporary unit due to supply chain issues.

One of the more recent bathrooms that we've done. This project had the shower, tub and vanities all move to new locations more conducive to the customers needs. We added a heated floor throughout and a digital shower system with body sprays, rainfall head as well as the traditional wall shower and handheld. A beautiful new look and a spa worthy shower system has completely transformed this space.

One of our more recent projects with "before and after" pictures. This master bath was a complete remodel changing the entire look of the bathroom. All new plumbing, lighting, tile and finished off with floor to ceiling custom wainscott panels that created the perfect elegant look the customer was looking for.

Here's one of our more recent "Covid" projects. This was a full kitchen remodel which included removal of a walk in pantry to open up the kitchen space as well as all new hardwood flooring on the first floor level. With an all new lighting layout and beautifully designed cabinetry, counters, appliances and tile, we've transformed this 1980's kitchen into something beautiful.

So this one has been a long time coming. This project started as a kitchen and master bath remodel and ended up turning into our first whole house remodel. We literally remodeled every room in this beautiful 6000sqft home with the latest in design and materials. This project was a roughly 10 month project where the entire interior was remodeled as well as the entire exterior. A local builder completed all exterior work while we took care of all the interior alterations providing a basically new home for the owners

One of our more recent remodels. Here we did a full master bathroom remodel as well as adding a second floor laundry in the sitting room outside the master bath. We removed the old typical 90's giant whirlpool bath tub and basic shower and replaced it with a new completely custom walk in shower and new tub/deck. Complete with new vanities, tile and lighting this space has been dramatically transformed.

Here is a nice contemporary bathroom we remodeled for a customer in a 12th story condo. The walls are porcelain panels from floor to ceiling. The shower boasted push button shower controls, a single piece of shower glass and a custom made shower pan. All combined with a floating vanity, custom made counter top/sink and a high end European design medicine cabinet gave this bathroom extremely clean lines and a beautiful modern look. The customer also opted for the custom electric toilet which offers a heated seat, power raise and lowering of the seat as well as a customizable built in bidet.

Here is a nice contemporary bathroom we remodeled for a customer in a 12th story condo. The walls are porcelain panels from floor to ceiling. The shower boasted push button shower controls, a single piece of shower glass and a custom made shower pan. All combined with a floating vanity, custom made counter top/sink and a high end European design medicine cabinet gave this bathroom extremely clean lines and a beautiful modern look. This is one of the largest projects we've done, we dramatically changed the layout and character of the house giving it an entirely new look.
We started by removing a central load bearing wall that used to separate the dining room from another back room/laundry area. Adding with this we closed off old doorways and added all new pass through openings to really open up the main floor and creating a great flow through the house. The kitchen fireplace received new life by straightening it's lines, bringing it up to current code and giving it a new beautiful surround. The master bedroom was outfitted with a new vent free fireplace and new widow openings to really bring in the natural light as well as a new closet set up. This home had less than quality work done on it in the past which forced us to practically rewire and re-plumb the entire home bringing the house up to current code and safety standards. Completed with all new cabinetry, appliances, millwork, tile, new knotty alder exterior doors and new drywall was quite the task. All of this plus the full remodel of two out of the three bathrooms has transformed this home into something completely new and beautiful.
