Weeding beds at the end of June (can you believe it). I am feeling like I'm about to loose everything with all this rain. So today I tackled weeding my Cottage Bed... I used a wheelbarrow instead of my pop up bags as weeds with dirt gets heavy..and remember SMALL WEEDS ARE EASIER TO PULL THAN BIG WEEDS and WEEDS ARE EASIER TO PULL AFTER A RAIN. Another Dahlia blooming. This one has been in a pot for a while. I even bring it in the greenhouse in the winter. I'm going to try and cut down on the amount I bring in my greenhouse so I think I'll set this one out in the ground. If all the rain we are getting doesn't rot the other ones we have in the ground. I have mine in raised beds. Louisiana Zone 8b/9.
