Our new lift came in i ordered it Thanks giving! but tarriffs were at 120% so I waited to ship it last month. It took a ride here across the ocean then train to dallas three weeks messing with customs and finally. We got 3 lifts now for different hights

We had a good day units were on time Crane showed up high noon 100 ton crane took him longer to set up then it took to do the job. Nobody got hurt, in this business its safety first. Thank you lord for keeping us safe. We open this business 20 years ago and have been hard nerve racking times but doing well.

Big job today I will get pic's 125 tons of aircondition $200,000.00 day I pray nobody gets hurt very dangerous day big lift.

Got a new customer yesterday referral from a friend. They said they had another company come out replaced 2 relays clean...

Got a new customer yesterday referral from a friend. They said they had another company come out replaced 2 relays cleaned blower wheel and charged $1,500.00 and left, Next day it quit again. They sent a Sales person out he quoted $16,000.00 for a new unit that was not even a named brand or a high seer unit one we charge $5,000.00 for. We can put in top of line Lenox 25 seer unit trouble shoots its self $11,000.00 complete system. I found the guy loosened valve where it would leak out all the freon left caps off. The lady had her own freon so I just fixed it $150.00 bucks. Pulled vacuum and recharged it with her freon. Watch out people they will steal from you lie to you.

Got the part putting it back together. I was working on these VFD's back in 1995 they were $25,000.00 for this little one that will run up to 10 hp motor. I was working on a 300 hp water pump 850 ton Chiller pumped 24 in pipe full of water it shook the building US mint blue mound . I was quoted $40,000.00 to buy one of these. When the motors get big or you need to control the air volume or water flow these work good. Now the price is 10% of the cost back then and Blue tooth.

Worked on these 1968 heaters again as we have to every month when its cold. New motor and bearings. Took about 8 hours.
