Our HVAC “Super Clean” Service is a detailed cleaning and sanitation process designed to improve system cleanliness, airflow, and overall performance. Over time, dust, debris, and biological buildup can accumulate inside HVAC equipment, reducing efficiency and affecting indoor air quality. This service helps restore system cleanliness and maintain proper operation.
“Super Clean” Service Includes
Sanitize and wipe down the air handler cabinet and accessible interior surfaces
Sanitize accessible surfaces of the indoor evaporator coil
Clean drain pan and flush condensate drain line(s)
Apply algaecide treatment to help prevent future drain buildup
Remove condenser top and “Super Clean” outdoor condenser coil using coil-safe cleaning solution
Clean and inspect electrical compartments
Inspect and test major system components and safety switches
Check refrigerant pressures and system performance
Inspect accessible ductwork for visible damage or signs of microbial growth
Verify system is operating within manufacturer performance specifications

Service Limitations
Tune-ups are guaranteed for 30 days on maintenance performed only. Condensate drain lines may clog at any time due to algae, debris, or environmental conditions beyond our control. If drain repairs, safety devices, or corrective actions are recommended and declined, the contractor assumes no liability for drain clogs, overflow, water damage, or related property damage. This service includes cleaning and sanitizing of accessible components only. Removal of the indoor evaporator coil, blower assembly, or full duct cleaning is not included.
