Did you know that how well a plant survives depends on where you place it? Some plants do better with good sun exposure, while others want more shade. Some plants need to have a lot of room to grow, while others like being placed closely. Some plants (unfortunately, we know) won’t make it in our climate here in Michigan, while others don’t do well in Florida heat.

* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to work 40+ hours a week (with paid overtime)
* Ability to commute and make it to work on time daily
* Provide your own set of tools and a tool box

Extras We’d Love To See (but are also willing to train for/teach):
* Class A CDL
* Air brake certification
* Prior experience of 2+ years as a diesel/ heavy equipment mechanic
