This is the year to get a new AC. New refrigerants are coming out next year and the price increase of this is going to be quite high. Also there are some great manufacturers rebates along with utility rebates and federal tax credits. Call for details.

It's that time of the year again. Let's not let this become an unnecessary crisis. Just go ahead and turn on your furnace now. Wait for the dead dust smell to go away and turn it off. I doubt that it will even raise the temperature in the house a whole degree. If everything works, then that is great. Schedule a tune up at your convenience. If it doesn't work, then we can get a service call in and get it running before it gets cold. I hope everyone has a great fall.
