Emma Pearl Reyes was stolen and last seen at the Pet shuttle Spa grooming facility in Springfield October 21, 2025, I discovered that my stolen dog, Emma Pearl Reyes, was at Pet shuttle facility. I am the legal owner of the dog, with full documentation proving ownership, including a City of Kansas City dog license, veterinary records, and vaccination history.
I was advised not to attempt to remove the dog myself, as this could be unsafe and complicate the legal recovery process. Instead, I provided Pet Shuttle with all proof of ownership and explicitly requested that Emma be quarantined and held until Animal Control or law enforcement could arrive.
Despite this, This owner of Pet shuttle personally removed my dog from the l facility and transported her to the residence of the individual who stole her I believe.
Since thisq incident, I have attempted to contact Pet spa business multiple times to request the return of my dog, but you have refused to answer calls, hung up, and ignored all communications.
MO. She is a small, brown Chihuahua — very thin and possibly neglected. We believe she has been placed in harm’s way by individuals who continue to take her to locations around other dogs though she is not fully vaccinated.
Emma is deeply loved and missed by her family. A police report has been filed with the Springfield Police Department, and Animal Services are actively involved as well .
