Bad sump pump caused this flooded basement. Everything touching the floor was ruined.
An alarm on your sump pump can prevent this from happening.

Here's a greenhouse on an old cistern that is 16 feet deep with a concrete top. The top is the heat sink and in the winter it will cycle air from the cistern to help keep it warm. We used all repurposed windows from the customer, and siding, amongst a few other things.
Looking forward to see it up and running!
