NOW HIRING – CONCRETE COATING CREW MEMBER
KC Artistic Concrete is looking to add one team member to the crew.
We install high-end concrete coatings and resurfacing systems across the Kansas City area. This is hands-on, physically demanding work that requires attention to detail, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
We’re a tight, experienced team that takes pride in doing things the right way. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade, build real skills, and grow into a more valuable role over time as we continue to build.
This is a role for someone who wants more than just a job and is willing to earn it.

Schedule & Requirements
• Workdays typically run 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Meet at our shop in Lexington, MO each morning
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Occasional out-of-town work for 2 to 3 days at a time, 1 to 3 times per year
• Must be able to lift 60 to 100 lbs regularly

Core Responsibilities
• Assist with job site setup, material staging, and cleanup
• Operate and handle tools and equipment such as grinders, vacuums, and mixers
• Support coating installation including epoxy, flake, and specialty systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient job site
• Follow directions closely while learning installation processes
• Help ensure each project meets our quality standards

We move efficiently and with intention. Doing things right the first time matters more than finishing fast. Taking extra time up front is always better than redoing a floor later.
We would rather invest more in labor to get it right than spend money fixing mistakes.

Experience
• Experience in construction or coatings is a plus and can lead to a stronger starting position
• Not required, all hires go through an introductory period
• Training is provided across multiple systems, some used more frequently than others
• Long-term learning and consistency are important
