I also do give a 5%-10% finders fee. Meaning If you refer me to a client and I land the job I will give you 5-10% of what I make off that job. Got a call earlier this morning that I was personally recommended by a superintendent to do some touch up work on a house that was about to close with in hours. I walk in the house look up and there's Jeremy Maclin (from the Philadelphia Eagles the Kansas City chiefs just signed) unpacking boxs. He was very satisfied with how professional Ayers' Tile and Stone conducted business!

Up early Filling out final invoices and new ones. Finished up 2 jobs starting 2 new ones today. Meeting the builders, Picking up and delivering material, filling final invoices ect ect.. busy busy day today. Im so exhausted but can't be weak. Happy customer means successful business.
