Our goal is to connect growers to folks who need the food. We are so excited to already be doing that by connecting Steinbrink Landscaping & Greenhouses to Kearney Jubilee Center: Thrift Store with plant donations such as these 90 cucumber plants!

We love that this puts food production right into the hands of the people who need the food and who can share the bounty with their neighbors. It erases the barrier between those who are giving and receiving. Participants who take these plants home can grow food to give back to their community. Win, win, win!

We believe healthy food is a human right and can't wait to see how this movement grows!

Tomatoes. Green beans. Cucumbers. If you're already planting these, why not grow a little extra for your neighbors in need? Grow Another Row may even be able to help get you extra seeds or plants if you can donate that harvest to our local food pantries this Fall. Small effort, big impact. Share this post or tag a gardener to help spread the word. Want to stay in touch?
