Now that the storms have past and we are beginning to thaw out a little here in the metroplex, the big question, what is the extent of my damage?
First off, my advise would be to allow your system to completely thaw out before trying to restart and assess the state of your equipment and pool. Equipment, valves and pipes could remain frozen for several days and we are estimating Tuesday as a good day to be able to completely restart your equipment.
Do not automatically feel you must have leaks in your pool if your water levels are lower than normal. You could just have a stuck valve. If you have leaks at your equipment pad that are already showing to be in need of repair, please give us a call.
