Hi friends! It’s been a little while—I’ve been taking time off to care for my husband as he recovers from spinal surgery. I’m still helping him heal, but I’ve missed baking (and YOU) so much, I’m slowly easing back into the kitchen!

Hey everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for your support of Rollin’ in the Dough. Right now, I’m taking a temporary break from baking as my husband has been in the hospital and is currently undergoing inpatient physical therapy at a rehabilitation facility recovering from major back surgery (laminectomy). My focus is on caring for him during his recovery, and I truly appreciate your understanding during this time.

I’ll be sure to update you when I’m back in the kitchen, rolling out fresh sourdough for you all! Thank you for your patience, kindness, and support—it means the world to me.

Wishing you all the best, and I look forward to baking for you again soon!
