Built a roof over garage doors and side door. Ran electrical for can lights, installed tongue & groove ceiling, installed hardi fascia, painted ceiling and fascia. Installed standing seam metal roofing and can lights.

Removed existing deck. Built new 24’x12’ and 7’6”x6’ deck. Built shed roof over 24’x12’ deck with an eight foot wide privacy wall on one side. Ran electrical for one fan, four can lights on a dimmer, four outlets and two flood lights. Installed hardi lap siding, trim, fascia and soffit on the exterior, painted it to match the residence. Install tongue & groove on ceiling and privacy wall. Stained the ceiling with a semi transparent white stain. Installed fan, can lights, outlets, flood lights, screens and one screen door.

Homeowner wanted to have a level pad as they exit the front door and a roof covering it. We removed the existing flagstone and poured a 7’x5’ concrete pad that is 18” thick with two steps. Built gable roof over pad. Installed new stones on pad and stairs. Installed shingles to match the residence, hardi siding on exterior, wrapped posts with cement board and installed tongue & groove ceiling. Painted the structure to match the residence.
