*N O T I C E*

Some gentle reminders to our wonderful customers.

1. Regular services are recommended for all units, new or used. Just because you have a brand new unit does not mean that it doesn’t need to be serviced at least yearly to help prevent issues. It is the customers responsibility to schedule a service.

2. Payment is due when service is completed. From this moment on, we will make 1 attempt to collect payment on returned checks, and then forward to the prosecuting attorney.

3. If you end up receiving service from another company, and you have already scheduled an appointment with us, it is common courtesy to call and cancel. With summer coming, this will happen more and more frequently and it clogs up the work day, and causes wasteful spending.

4. If you have an issue with your service, we ask that you contact us directly and allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation before you address it on social media. Again, common courtesy.

5. Unfortunately, the cost of just about everything now has gone up enormously. If we gave you a quote for a unit last year, or even last month, it may not be valid now. We try really hard to stay competitive in our prices, but you also need to know that you get what you pay for, and in our case it’s over 20 years of experience.

6. Let’s talk about warranty work. A common misconception about this is if you are having something replaced that is under warranty, it’s all free. Well, sometimes it is. If we install a unit and a month later we are out working on it, we usually end up eating the cost of time, and supplies because we want to stand behind our product. However, if your unit was installed a year ago, and we are doing warranty work, only the part is under warranty. This does not include labor, or Freon.

Again, we really do appreciate our customers. We are so grateful for your business.

Good morning!! We hope everyone is having a great day! We just wanted to take a second and remind everyone that both brand new, and older units require regularly scheduled maintenance and filter changes and is not included with installs. If you need maintenance, you have to call and schedule it. Service calls are $75.00, not including Freon or parts if repair is required. We appreciate all of our customers, and we are so proud to serve our community! Thank you all so much! ❤️🤍💙

Good evening! We just wanted to take a moment to send a special thank you to each and every one of our customers. We know that the last week was extreme with the heat wave coming in while we were on vacation, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused, but we have been back at it all week, playing catch up and we thank you for hanging in there!
