Another kitchen in progress, this time in King, NC. This homeowner has actually entrusted us with so much more. So far we have painted the kitchen cabinets, painted upper kitchen walls, lowers are almost done, and replaced countertops and new sink. Still to come, cabinet detail, hardware, light fixtures, tile backsplash, and flooring.

We will give his master and guest bathroom a face lift as well.
Living room will include shiplap ceiling with faux beams, and accent wall in his foyer. Stay tuned to check out the progress.

🔹 Installed new lighting throughout
🔹 Added a Zellige‑style backsplash for texture and charm
🔹 Upgraded to sleek black hardware
🔹 Installed Azul Platino granite countertops
🔹 New stainless steel sink + modern faucet
🔹 Added a stylish pendant light to finish the look
🔹 Replaced damaged hardwoods with laminate
🔹 Wall paint by Sherwin Williams Kilim Beige
🔹 Replaced exterior door leading to garage
🔹 Replaced exterior French doors with integrated mini blind doors

When you do things right and go through the proper channels you have to remember that everyone involved is human and makes mistakes, however mistakes like this could have been prevented. We called 811 because you know, call before you dig, and they marked 2 areas indicating signs of utilities. Guess where they didn’t mark? So of course we dig with our handy dandy excavator and we split the internet service. Thankfully Spectrum was able to come out same day to reconnect but of course common sense is not common so they decided to lay the service in the way of the work zone 🤦🏽‍♀️. We shall see how long this will last.
