From a blank slate to a partially finished basement built for comfort, function, and everyday living. We worked closely with the homeowner from day one—drawing up a custom layout and getting every detail approved before bringing the vision to life.

This transformation included new partition walls to define the space, a fully enclosed mechanical room, and a beautifully integrated full bathroom featuring a large shower, double vanity with his & her sinks, elongated toilet, and durable LVP flooring throughout. We also added a spacious closet storage area to keep everything organized and out of sight.

Another clean, custom finish by Simplicity Home and Landscape—built the right way from the ground up.
