RVA Architecture was a proud sponsor of this year’s Sons and Daughters of Italy Valley Forge Lodge 1776 Golf Tournament, held at the Linfield National Golf Club in Linfield, PA, with all proceeds from the event benefiting two charities, Angelman Syndrome Foundation and Cooley's Anemia Foundation.

This is the third year that RVA has been involved in the event, sponsoring, providing volunteers, and sending golfers, because it not only supports great causes but also allows our team to improve their handicaps and enjoy a beautiful day.

We’re excited to welcome Hailey Ferraro to the RVA team.

Hailey brings a unique synthesis of interior design, project management, and real-world implementation experience across corporate and pharma settings and multi-site environments.

Before joining RVA, she spent over five years at CBRE, planning and managing facility changes across distributed locations, including reconfiguring and relocating spaces, updating layouts, and ensuring compliance with code and company standards. She worked directly with clients, coordinated with architects, engineers, and vendors, and kept each project on schedule and within budget.

What stood out to us was her ability to excel when projects get complicated between design, operations, and ex*****on, backed by hands-on experience with tenant fit-outs and multi-site coordination, code review, space planning, and site surveys, managing vendors and ensuring quality, and maintaining budgets, schedules, and documentation across active projects.

At the beginning of her career, she built a strong foundation in interiors and design through roles at Corporate Interiors, Inc. and IKEA, where she worked on large-scale remodels and implementing standards.

For Hailey, joining RVA is a return to her hashtag roots, combined with the opportunity to work on national healthcare accounts and take on new challenges at a firm that naturally aligns with her experience.

RVA is excited to welcome the wonderfully 5’8 Eve Hollowell as our new Administrative Assistant.

Eve comes to us with experience in data, systems, and day-to-day coordination. She has worked in healthcare, corporate, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals, supporting teams and keeping information organized and accurate. Her background includes experience working with and for companies such as AT&T, Boeing, Morgan Stanley, Omnicare, and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

We believe that experience carries over well into the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction), where projects rely on clear information, good organization, and steady coordination between architects, real estate teams, and contractors. Eve helps make sure projects are tracked, documented, and moving forward.

She is known for being reliable, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. We’re glad to have her on the team and look forward to how she can help RVA and our clients.

Healthcare never sleeps. Neither can the teams that support it.

We recently partnered with Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Center on relocating their clinic in Decatur, GA. This kept the practice close to Emory’s main campus while moving from an in-hospital setting to a more accessible retail environment.

RVA was engaged early for both project management and design to fast-track the transition without disrupting patient care.

The design focused on operational flow and patient experience:

• Organized the layout around a Pilates reformer as the visual anchor
• Repositioned the patient service desk for improved visibility and communication
• Added private treatment rooms, including pelvic floor–ready rooms
• Designed a dedicated hand therapy space
• Expanded services to include pelvic floor PT and speech therapy

Every outpatient clinic has constraints. The difference is how you manage them.

With 30+ years of experience rolling out healthcare environments, RVA delivered a seamless transition, secured permits despite its own challenges, and collaborated closely with multiple partners to meet Emory’s schedule.

Congrats to RVA's own Director of Operations, Modesto Bigas-Valedon, for earning his Healthcare Facilities Planning and Design credential from Cornell University.

Modesto joins an already experienced team at RVA, and his new credentials in healthcare facilities planning and design will bring fresh concepts and innovative approaches. RVA Architecture recently completed a new outpatient clinic in Bullhead City, Arizona, for Banner Health, supporting expanded access to orthopedic and rehabilitation care in a growing regional market.

The project transformed an existing retail space into a patient-focused healthcare environment designed for efficient operations, functional training, and a high-quality therapy experience.

From planning through final turnover, our team guided the client through the process, focusing on clinical workflow, brand standards, and operational readiness.
