Toyota Sequoia miss firing this week. Started and finished with new spark plugs. Took an hour and cost $50. Went back and picked up some fuel injector - fuel stabilizer additive, hopefully clear out some of the gunk built up from poor combustion. 2002 with 245,000 miles. 21 years and still riding. The other day one of my customers told me he was on his third Tesla, that after less than a decade, his battery life was at 50% and the cost to replace the battery was close to cost of purchasing a new one??? Is that what efficiency is? Buying something that last 1/3 of the time?? Is there not some additional points for the vehicle being easily repairable and long lasting?
