I cannot thank my friends Sarah and David enough for keeping me busy during this long and brutally cold winter. Stayed busy doing a bare bones renovation of the lower level of their split level home that was damaged from a water line burst. Partial ceiling replacement with matching texture to existing, crown and base molding all around, steel beam wrapped in premium pine, nice quality vinyl flooring with underlayment, all new light fixtures, new vanity, mirror and toilet. Fluted columns at the base of the steps wrapped with crown molding ties in nicely to the upstairs finish carpentry.

Just want to thank everyone who has kept me busy all summer long. The call backs and referrals have been a blessing and continue to keep me going through the fall and I am already planning work for next spring. Some jobs completed this summer: custom screened in porch, awning installation, ceiling fans and light installations, lots of painting, concrete pad for hot tub and pergola, paver restoration, made a custom hickory recipe card box, basement hopper window replacement, installation of multiple exterior doors and storm doors, complete deck tear down and rebuild, plus many other little things.

Took advantage of the beautiful weather this week to make some progress on a porch remodel. All new 5/4 decking and posts. Will finish this job up with new cellular PVC rail system and decorative post wraps, as well as new stair treads and risers, and Azek skirt board all around.
