I went on a little side quest to Mills River Brewing Co. and had the chance to participate in their very first Pepper Festival and Hot Salsa Contest! 🌶️🔥

I was also happy to provide some of the hot peppers for the pepper-eating contest. It was an awesome experience getting to meet some great people, make a few new friends, and just be around others who appreciate the heat as much as I do.

The feedback I received on my sauces was honestly one of the biggest takeaways for me. It showed me that I’m on the right track and gave me even more motivation to keep pushing, experimenting, and improving.
