12x24 lofted barn hot off the line. This unit comes with our in house ramp door for easy loading of your recreational and lawn care vehicles. 4 windows and a 4ft walk door. Comes wrapped in Sherwin Williams WeatherXL Crimson Red with a Galvalume roof and white trim, backed by a 40 year no bs warranty. Floor system is built with ground treated, notched 4x6 runners, 2x6 ground treated floor joist, and best in class Advantech tongue and groove flooring. This unit also has our wrap around loft package, workbench, and our radiant bubble barrier.
