Even though I haven’t posted much over the past year (kids keep you RUNNING!!), please know that I am eternally thankful for all of you!! Each of you make this “farm kid from Iowa” overly proud to be able to work with you!! Take the time to remember the people you are also TRULY thankful for!! Whether they are with you presently, or only with you in spirit!! A HUGE thank you to each and every one of you!! Truly!!

I usually do this wrong, and Susan Ruchti bails me out!! Early registration for the 2022 SIDS Walk ends tomorrow. The family of Nolan will be walking in Carroll, Iowa this year. I know how much everyone has been there and supported us through the years!! Whether at the Walk, on a random Tuesday, on January 16th…….whenever!!! We love you all!! THANK YOU for all of the love and support over the last 13(!!!!) years!! You may never realize how much that means to all of us!!♥️

I don’t even know what to say…..I get SO excited by what I have been blessed to work on!! The people I work with!! I REALLY dig the white on the stairs!! Really sets the whole thing off!! Thanks Tom!!

Sweet Paradise got a makeover this week! What’s Dean doing? Refreshing Bathrooms and Kitchens! Dean’s Doings. We are very thankful for our awesome partners who help keep our properties running! The results are pretty spectacular!

Must be a run on bathroom work!! The mirror used to be an outdated medicine cabinet!! Vanity, tile, light fixture, and mirror!! I truly love the many different projects I get invited to work on!! I always enjoy the people too!! Thanks Joe for continuing to give me the opportunities!!

Sometimes things don’t go as planned….accidentally ordered the vanities the wrong size. Now there is a shelf though!! I may end up doing doing this at my own house!! So awesome!! !! Thank you Lynn!! I’m overly excited how this turned out!!

This project was AWESOME!! New deck boards, railing, spindles, benches, stairs…..had to move the hot tub too!! It was fun!! !! Thank you Michelle and Rob!!

It was actually a GREAT day……don’t let the picture fool you!!😉 Added this beauty in an outside shower area so renters do NOT drag water through the house!! Fantastic idea!! Thanks Tom!! !!🤣😂
